Great concerto (2)Prokofiev tonight! It was amazing and joyful! We did'nt understand, from our place, what was your encore! Played (fabulously) and sung! Great discovdery! My friends and I will not miss your next concert in Belgium! Thanks a lot! Thank you too. We will be at the Conservatoire, Bruxelles on 3.12.2007 for a recital with Mihaela Ursuleasa. She is a dear friend and an incredibly poetic and differentiated pianist (une sorciere du piano). And we have a new and funny program going from Baroque to contemporary.

Guten Abend Patricia Hiermit möchte ich Ihnen meine Bewunderung für Ihren Auftritt in der Philharmonie Luxemburg ausdrücken. Das Violinkonzert von Prokovief haben Sie richtig mit Leben erfüllt. Und die Zugabe war ganz besonders. Nur ein's muss ich Ihnen sagen. Ich bin in einer Posaunenklasse und mein Professor meint immer, ich sollte mit den Füssen ruhig stehen bleiben. Ich glaube das können Sie wohl nicht. Ist ist keine Kritik, ist nur eine Feststellung. Sie haben gespielt wie Paganinni. Wie eine Teufelsgeigerin. Also ich hätte Ihnen noch eine Stunde zuhören können. Nur weiter so. Liebe Grüsse André Lieber André, das haben mir die Professoren auch immer gesagt, aber es hat nichts genützt. Hallo Patricia, nachdem wir Sie in Köln nunmehr das zweite Mal (gemeinsam mit Fazil) hörten, möchten wir an dieser Stelle unsere Eindrücke beschreiben, welche die Konzerte in uns hervorriefen. Wir hörten Sie das erste Mal in Wilhelmshaven und waren fasziniert vom Zusammenspiel zweier Künstler die gleichberechtigt und ausgewogen, einander respektierend und gleichzeitig inspirierend wie auf Flügeln durch das Programm schwebten, dabei fest auf dem Boden stehend und diesen scheinbar mit hebend. Dieses einzigartige Hörerlebnis zu wiederholen war uns sofort ein Bedürfnis. Nach dem Konzert, wir sprachen Fazil gegenüber unsere Absicht an, das Konzert in Köln erneut zu besuchen, bemerkten Sie beiläufig, es sei doch das gleiche Programm. Natürlich war es in Köln das gleiche Programm aber die Musik erweckte, manchmal nur in Nuancen, manchmal aber auch in ganzen Abschnitten beeindruckend andere Empfindungen. So erschien uns in Köln die Kreutzer-Sonate weicher und gleichzeitig tiefer - phantastisch !! Wir hoffen, für die CD-Aufnahme wird die Konzertaufführung verwendet, oder zumindest ein großer Teil daraus. Ist schon bekannt wann und mit welchem Material die CD erscheint ?? Wir freuen uns jedenfalls auf ein weiteres Mal, dieses grandiose Konzert, zwar mit gleichem Programm, aber sicher wieder mit für uns neuen Nuancen in Klangfarbe und Ausdruck zu erleben. Auf Wiedersehen(hören) in Dortmund ! Conny + Leo Hallo Conny und Leo. Es freut Fazil und mich, wenn wir Euch positive Erlebnisse bieten konnten, dafür leben und arbeiten wir ja. Nach dem Konzert in Köln gab es drei Tage Studioaufnahmen. Wir haben dabei viel riskiert und Neues gefunden. Beim Abhören hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl. Der Tonmeister ist jetzt an der Arbeit. Ob eine CD rauskommt hängt davon ab, ob das Resultat überzeugt. Ziel wäre, zur Japantournée (März 2008) bereit zu sein. Herzliche Grüsse Pat

Ich muss es auch heute nochmals wiederholen: Ihr gestriges Spiel in unserm Theater in Wilhelmshaven war umwerfend. Wie schön, dass die Kunst der Interpretation wissend um die Vergangenheit (auch Beethoven malträtierte die Instrumente bis neue erfunden werden mussten) und die Zeitgenossen im Ohr, so weitergeht. So muss uns nicht bang um die Zukunft werden.
Lieber Herr Hess, es ist sehr schön wenn man die Zustimmung des Hausherrn erhält. Herzlichen Dank Patricia

Hi Patricia, I've just returned from your Sunday arvo concert at the Hamer Hall in Melb. It was fabulous - you were terrific- barefooted, engaging on all fronts with the other musicians - it reminded me more of jazz - conversations and dialogues and lots of movement and even a leg (yours) going up in the air in the Bartok dances. It was terrific - the leg too! I love your way of playing and some of the viola players were openly laughing and smiling at the fun you were having. You really push the boundaries.
